I can't believe my little girl is 3 years old.  I had such a hard time this year with her turning a year older. She has been such a sweet blessing in our lives.  I can't imagine not having this sweet little girl hug and kiss me everyday.  Even though she is a handful and some days she makes me want to cry, I love her to pieces.  

This morning Britany was playing with some little girls and after they left I found this.  I wonder what they were doing....

Watercoloring on nails

I had Britany watercolor today to give me some time to clean, she decided to paint her nails as well.  I think they look lovely.  Actually I was impressed that she thought of it and took the time to paint each nail.  She is usually not that patient:)  Hmmm wonder where she gets the impatience from...

Pie eating contest.

We had our ward summer party last night.  My dear sweet friend Randy Keadle entered my name in the pie eating contest, I was the only girl going against all these men.  I took third place after I cheated a little:)

It is a blessing to have Daughters

I am so blessed to have children.  I love my kids so much.  I saw this quote and it reminded me of my girls.

"Our daughters are the most precious of our treasures, the dearest possessions of our homes and the objects of our most watchful love."

Baby Tatum's Blessing

Here is my niece and her hubby on the sweet day. 
Of course here is Beautiful Tatum.  Her dress was gorgeous.  Tammie blessed her two daughters in it also.  What a sweet memory.  Grandma Tammie also made Tatum's bow.  

This is my second page for my class (I am behind.  I thought when my kids went to school I would have all this time for myself.  Boy was I wrong) 

 



Today I went to visit Britany at her pre-school at Villa De Paz.  This is her Teacher Miss. Tanya. She was not very happy with me because I drove her home and she wanted to ride the bus.

I just have to share this conversation I had with Britany this morning in our shower.  Yes I know I should probably not let her shower with me and after today she is going to have to find a new shower partner.  I was washing out my hair and Britany starts screaming and jumping in the shower yelling: "Mommy's big like dad, mommy's big like dad" she is pointing to my stomach and then starts poking it and laughing.  Well I turn around because I don't need my 2 year old to tell me my stomach has seen better days. (like maybe before kids) and she screams again and says:"Oh no mommy, your  bum bum is big too!!!"    

Don't you just love kids:)  

Meet the Teacher

Here is Brooklyn with her 5th grade teacher Mrs. Larkin.  She seems really nice and Brooklyn already loves her:)  
Brenden and the FAMOUS Mrs. McDermott.  I can't believe he will be in the 3rd grade.  Brenden has wanted to be with Mrs. McDermott since 1st grade.  My oh my I wonder how this love relationship he has with her will work.......
My sweet little Brynlie will be in Mrs. Jones class.  Brynlie is so excited and loves her classroom.  She has frogs all over the place:)  


We are so blessed to have such wonderful teachers teaching our children.   

Britany's first day of Pre-school

Britany is so excited for her first day of school.  I can't believe how big she looks.  When the bus came she walked right on told us goodbye and never looked back. Of course I cried my eyes out. But as a mom that is my right:)

I'm so excited here comes the bus, Britany is on her way home.

  She loved school but she loves the bus the best.  Why do our kids have to grow up so fast...:(

Monster House

Britany is obsessed with Monster House right now.  I don't know why, the movie makes her scream and sometimes cry.  But as soon as it is over she is begging to watch it again.  Sometimes I wonder what that little girl is thinking......and yes her dress is on backwards:)  She is learning to dress herself.
